Introducing the new DKYC HR Technology Platform

David K Young Consulting in conjunction with NPMA is now able to offer an HR technology system that can assist you with all your Human Resources related items in a one stop shop platform. The employer size can range from 2-40,000 and is available for use in all 50 states. Other vendors such as ADP, Paychex, Zenefits, etc., are compatible with the platform and there is centralized support available. This allows for easy on-line enrollment for open enrollment and new hires, along with optional integration with COBRA, FSA, HRA, HSA, and retirement plan partners. Also included with the onboarding options are EEOC, I-9's, W-4's, and more. ACA tracking and reporting, along with time off requests, and asset tracking are also part of the many functions that are available.
