Oklahoma Bill Authorizes the Use of Termite Bait Systems as a Preconstruction Treatment

SB 1735 was recently introduced in Oklahoma and reads, “Termite bait or baiting systems may be used as a treatment for structural pests prior to construction of a new structure.” This is a positive development for our industry and OK SPAR Roger Graham is heavily engaged.
