Oklahoma Heat Treatment and Termite Bait Station Bills Advance

SB 1527, a bill that limits heat treatments for bed bugs to commercial applicators only passed the Senate Agriculture and Wildlife Committee by a 11-0 vote. Additionally, SB 1735, passed the Senate Agriculture and Wildlife Committee to allow for the use of termite bait systems as a preconstruction treatment. Excellent job by OPMA and OK SPAR Roger Graham on their excellent work on these bills.
