EPA Publishes Proposed Interim Decisions for Several Pyrethroid Insecticides and Draft Human Health and/or Ecological Risk Assessments for Several Rodenticides

Last week, EPA made Proposed Interim Decisions for several insecticides including a number of pyrethroids that are commonly used in the structural pest control industry including bifenthrin, cyfluthrin and beta-cyfluthrin, deltamethrin, esfenvalerate, permethrin, and phenothrin. Additionally, EPA released Draft Human Health and/or Ecological Risk Assessments for Several Rodenticides including brodifacoum, bromadiolone, bromethalin, cholecalciferol, chlorophacinone, difenacoum, difethialone, diphacinone, and warfarin NPMA staff is currently reviewing the documents and will provide comments to the Agency by the July 6th deadline.
