2020 has presented numerous unique challenges for the pest control industry including a wide array of federal regulatory issues that required attention from our industry. These issues ranged from ongoing pesticide registration review matters, to COVID-19 related PPE shortages, and disinfection services issues. The past year yield a number of regulatory wins, along with some compromises, but ultimately, the National Pest Management Association remains committed to leadership among industry allies and a consistent advocate for the industry.
