Terminix Acquires Pest Solutions

The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Pest Solutions to Terminix (TMX).
Eric Ufer founded Pest Solutions in 2011 after seeing the need for quality and dependable pest control services firsthand as a rental property owner. Pest Solutions was formed with the mission of solving pest problems while utilizing technology and integrated pest management methodologies. Eric and his team adopted the slogan, “Green As Can Be” to emphasize their eco-friendly approach to pest management. After a decade in the industry, Eric built Pest Solutions into one of the leading commercial pest control operations in the greater Portland, Oregon area with several landmark accounts including many municipalities and cities. Eric and his staff are excited to join the Terminix team and be part of the growth opportunity in the Pacific Northwest.

The Aust Group represented Pest Solutions as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 15th, 2021 and the terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
