Hoffman’s Acquires Tri-County Pest Control

The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Tri-County Pest Control, Inc. to Hoffman’s Exterminating Co., Inc.
In 1980, Jim Murphy, President/CEO, formed Tri-County Pest Control based in Aston, PA. Jim started in the pest control industry at 16 years old, working for a local, family-owned pest control firm prior to starting Tri-County. After over 40 years in business, Tri-County is extremely proud to provide residential and commercial services to clients throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Tri-County was recognized in 2020 as a Quality Pro business through National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and Jim currently serves as the Governor of the Eastern Region for Pennsylvania Pest Management Association (PPMA).

The Aust Group represented Tri-County Pest Control as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on June 30th, 2021, and the terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
