The 2022 Executive Leadership Forum - A Productive Meeting of Minds

Last week, our annual Executive Leadership Forum took place in San Diego, California. This year's gathering was a success as the new 2022-2023 Board of Directors met under the helm of incoming president, Justin McCauley of McCauley Services. "Many thanks to Scott Steckel, our outgoing president, and to the 2021-2022 Board for their thoughtful and engaged leadership over the past year. We are grateful for the guidance they provided and look forward to building on their foundation for continued success in the upcoming year," said McCauley.
In addition to the annual P3 planning initiative that charts the strategic course for NPMA, guest speaker Charles Weathers spoke on the topic of diversity in the workplace. Meeting were also held for the Workforce Development Steering Committee, the Board of the Pest Management Foundation, QualityPro, and the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA).
