QualityPro exists for companies of all sizes and wants to make accreditation as accessible as possible for those companies committed to excellence. This year we expanded our training standard to include two options—option one is the standard practice of getting all customer-facing employees through the training exam, and option two is getting your training program itself certified by QualityPro.
