EPA’s Interim Decisions (ID) on Rodenticides Delayed

Last week NPMA met with EPA to discuss the Agency’s Proposed Interim Decisions on Rodenticides. During our meeting, EPA informed us that the Interim Decision will be delayed later into FY24 and is no longer expected in Q1 of the fiscal year. The Agency has not announced a new expected date, but based on our conversations with the Agency, we estimate that the earliest we should expect an Interim Decision would be in April of 2024.
