Last week NPMA staff attended a fundraiser for Senator Jon Tester (D-MT), who is a moderate Democrat with a deep understanding of agriculture. We also met with the Senate Agriculture Committee minority staff this week, who have been champions of our push for preemption in the Farm Bill.
