NPMA remained active on the state preemption front this past week. First, NPMA met with the staff of Senator Jon Tester (D-MT), urging his office to support the inclusion of state-level pesticide preemption in the Farm Bill. NPMA staff also attended a fundraiser for Representative Nikki Budzinski (D-IL-13), a member of the House Agriculture Committee.
