Everyone deserves a better tomorrow and insuring against potential hardships is a great start! NPMA is providing a hospital indemnity plan to its employer groups to allow members to enroll and protect their families against unexpected hospital costs. Hospital indemnity insurance pays an amount for each day the insured is hospitalized, up to a specific maximum limit. Because the benefits are paid to the insured directly, the insured can use them to help pay for out-of-pocket expenses, such as deductibles and copay costs that would be hard to pay due to missed work. Hospital Select II features benefits for full-time, part-time, hourly, and seasonal workers. There is no coinsurance, copays, or waiting period or deductible.
