Trump didn’t elect himself; real actual voters saw him, liked him and cast a ballot for him. Many of them will do it again. And while he’s become a boogeyman for the Democrats, much like Obama was for the Republicans, the Dems need to grapple with those voters, and how they feel. Even if somehow a Democrat takes the White House, Trump gave a significant amount of people a figurehead and those opinions that elected him won’t dissipate….. Read the rest of the commentary here.
