The EPA re-opened the comment period for several neonicotinoid proposed interim decisions. The comment period will close on June 18, 2020.  The Agency cited requests for extensions to the comment period due to the complexity of the materials and time/resource constraints experienced by stakeholders.  NPMA submitted comments on May 4.  Additional comments on the Proposed Interim Decisions are being received to the docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2017-0750 at www.regulations.gov.
