Call for Industry Participation During the 5th Annual Rodent Awareness Week, Oct. 21-27
PPMA aims to educate consumers about the threats of rodents and importance of working with a professional
The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), which serves as the public outreach arm of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), is working to spread consumer awareness about the health and property threats posed by rodents during Rodent Awareness Week, October 21-27, 2018. Celebrating its fifth year, this annual, weeklong designation is recognized by Chase’s Calendar of Events and is heavily promoted by PPMA through a consumer media relations campaign and various social and digital initiatives.
As a member of NPMA, you are encouraged to join us in Orlando on Thursday, October 25 from 8:00-8:30 a.m. for the NPMA Annual Membership Meeting during PestWorld 2018. At this meeting, a vote will take place to adopt proposed changes to the association by-laws. It is important, if you are able, to attend this meeting in person. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to submit a proxy vote online or via mail. If you have any questions in regard to the by-laws, please contact the By-laws Staff Committee Liaison, Allie Allen at aallen@pestworld.org.
