NPMA Hosted a Successful Executive Leadership Forum in Florida
Last week, NPMA hosted the 2021 Executive Leadership Forum in Key Largo, Florida, bringing together the top leaders in the structural pest management industry to plan for the year ahead. The Forum began with a moderated P3 session and discussion focusing on industry hot topics including workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability. Additionally, the NPMA Workforce Development Steering Committee held their first in-person meeting to continue generating momentum for attracting candidates to seek careers in the pest management industry.
The Forum also featured an interactive panel discussion on the future of the pest control workplace. Dan Moreland from PCT Magazine gave an overview on trends their magazine readers have seen during the past 15 months that may last beyond the pandemic.
Additionally, the Pest Management Foundation Board, QualityPro Board, PPMA and NPMA Boards all met for their first face to face meetings since being together at Legislative Day 2020. A special thanks to all those that joined us in Florida and those that took the time to join us virtually. We also appreciate BASF for their headline sponsorship of the event and our other Strategic Partners, Bayer, Corteva and Syngenta for their support of this important industry meeting.
