Mayor de Blasio has announced a vaccine mandate for businesses in New York City regardless of size. The rule comes into effect on December 27th, at which point all employees must have received 2 shots of a 2 shot series or 1 shot of Johnson & Johnson. This is estimated to cover 184,000 businesses.
BIZTECH 2021 concluded on December 8 at the Omni Championsgate Resort in Orlando, FL. The meeting hosted sessions on the new age of technology and how it is changing the world of business. In conjunction with the meeting, the Association Leadership Forum included 22 state leaders and the topic of discussion was the evolving landscape of association management. BIZTECH 2021 was successful in discussing new approaches to technology, HR hacks, and the difference digital marketing strategies have on business growth.

Gardex First Annual Toy Drive was a Huge Success!
Gardex Chemicals Ltd. started supporting a shelter serving women in need of a safe place to live. Many of these women have children, from newborns to teenagers. No one wants to see a child go without a present for the holidays, so Gardex hosted its First Annual Toy Drive. Dozens of pest control companies and suppliers contributed with toys, clothing, gift cards, and generous cash donations. Gardex would like to thank each and everyone for their donations.
