The 6th District court has lifted the nationwide stay on OSHA’s vaccine mandate, which applies to companies with 100 or more employees and/or holds a federal contract. This emergency temporary standard is now set to go into effect, absent a Supreme Court stay. The mandate offers businesses the option of either weekly testing or full vaccination for all employees, among other compliance measures.
