Heard From the Hill

NPMA is hard at work pulling together resources for state associations to comment on EPA’s Rodenticides Proposed Interim Decisions (PID). In the New Year, SPARs and state association leaders should expect comment templates and industry talking points to assist in the preparation of state-specific public comments.

NEW: It was recently brought to our attention that EPA’s PIDs will impact member companies that employ “apprentices” in the state of New York, who would need on-site direct supervision to apply RUPs under EPA’s proposal. If member companies in your state expect a similar impact, please let us know! Feedback can be sent to jdarr@pestworld.org.
