Last week, NPMA staff partnered with Arrow Exterminators to host Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA-1) at Arrow’s facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Rep. Carter is the newly announced Chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Environment, Manufacturing, and Critical Materials Subcommittee. Thank you to Rick Bell and Team Arrow for their help with hosting and coordinating this event for the Congressman. Rep. Carter continues to be a champion of efforts to include a national solution to pesticide preemption in the upcoming Farm Bill.

The NPMA Board of Directors has ratified the candidates recommended by the NPMA Nominating Committee for the national offices of the Board of Directors. Write-In Nominations for the 2024-2025 NPMA Board of Directors election are due by Friday, February 9, 2024.

NPMA seeks your assistance to help identify the most innovative and exciting speakers for PestWorld 2024. This year's event will be held on October 22-25 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, CO.

Please help NPMA identify speakers and make decisions regarding the content of the program. Feel free to provide multiple speaker names and topics. NPMA welcomes both technical and business-related sessions. All submissions must be made by this Friday, February 2, 2024.

The NPMA Hives program aims to foster diversity by connecting members with industry mentors through a convenient, low-barrier, high-reward initiative.
