Ants are complex social insects that can quickly become a major pest. This new, one-hour course provides a thorough review of general ant biology and behavior as well as more details on several common pest ants. This training also includes an overview of ant management techniques and specific information for many pest ant species.

NPMA congratulates the graduates of the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) Class of 2022. The graduates were celebrated at NPMA's Legislative Day on Monday, March 11, 2024. The program, sponsored by WorkWave, identifies and trains aspiring association leaders to establish a pipeline of engaged members that represents NPMA’s diverse membership. Each year, NPMA selects a cohort of participants to go through a two-year curriculum with monthly meetings that prepare them for association leadership. This year the ELP selected 10 outstanding individuals for the Class of 2024.
