NRMCA Celebrates 100 Years of Ready Mixed Concrete in the U.S. NRMCA's celebration of the 100th anniversary of ready mixed concrete in the U.S. continues in July with the histories of two more Producer and Associate members - See below for their respective Web site links. This week's industry milestone: In 1966, over 102,000 cubic yards of concrete were placed at Mossyrock Dam in Washington State in just 23 days.

Central Concrete Supermix - In 1976, the Dias family began work in Brazil, laying the foundation for what would become a successful concrete business. It opened operations in Florida in 1989 and now has 16 locations, 20 batching plants and more than 200 mixer trucks.
