The East Wetlands multiuse pathway that opened to recreationists last spring in Yuma, AZ, has received high marks for its "incredibly smooth surface," a description used by one bicyclist. The reason for the praise is the application of roller compacted concrete by NRMCA Producer member CEMEX.
