Concrete House Expected to Have $0 Energy Bill

A Canadian man used Passive House principles and universal design elements, not to mention the versatility of concrete, to build a zero energy home in British Columbia. He hasn’t lived in the house a full year yet, but so far, with the help of solar panels, he’s expecting his energy bill for the year to be $0.
