NRMCA President Garbini Discusses Highway Trust Fund Before California Senator

NRMCA President Robert Garbini last month was interviewed by CQ Roll Call magazine on the effect of the federal Highway Trust Fund's impending cash shortage and the ready mixed concrete industry.  His comments were made as part of a conference held by Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), who asked several transportation industry leaders to appear with her to discuss the issue.
