OSHA Releases Preliminary Most-Cited Violations of FY2015

Last week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced the preliminary Top 10 most cited workplace violations of FY2015 at the 2016 National Safety Council Congress & Expo in Anaheim, CA. In order, the violations include:
1)Fall protection, construction
2)Hazard communication, general industry
3)Scaffolds, construction
4)Respiratory protection, general industry
5)Lockout/tagout, general industry
6)Powered industrial trucks, general industry
7)Ladders, construction
8)Machine guarding, general industry
9)Electrical wiring, general industry
10)Electrical, general requirements, general industry
