New Workshop for Senior RMC Operations Managers Set for February

Registration is now open for a new 1-day interactive workshop for senior and middle operations managers, February 7, 2017, in Dallas. The workshop’s goal is to give attendees the opportunity to develop strategic, organizational and personal skills that help  them more effectively manage, coach, motivate and assess their teams as well as their direct report supervisors. Part of the class uses the  PEAK7™ World Class Management Standards curriculum that offers insights into performance and motivation factors that can lead to your teams’ success.
