NRMCA Offers New Leadership Workshop for Operations Executives

Registration is now open for a new one-day interactive workshop for senior and middle operations and production managers. It will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2017, in Dallas. The workshop also includes a networking dinner with peers on Monday night. The workshop’s goal is to give attendees the head start to develop 2018 strategic, organizational and personal skills that help them more effectively manage, coach, motivate and assess their teams as well as their direct report supervisors. The class will be facilitated by a former executive coach for IBM who also understands our industry's business model. The curriculum offers insight into peak performance and critical motivation factors that can lead to your team’s success.
