NRMCA Invites You to Join New Workforce Development Committee

NRMCA invites you and/or your company’s HR and talent/training executives to participate on the new Workforce Development Committee. It is time our industry seriously address hiring - and keeping - the right staff throughout our ranks so business remains healthy and robust. Additionally, health care, worker’s comp, family medical leave, benefit packages, diversity, discrimination, harassment, and a host of other labor, employment and compliance hot buttons substantially impact our strategic planning, competitiveness and bottom lines. Join us to get our working priorities aligned and set our tasks to move forward.

A meeting will be held April 25 - 26 at the Skirvin Hilton in Oklahoma City. It will be facilitated by Jathan Janove, an employment law attorney with 30 years’ experience, knowledge of/clients in the ready mixed concrete industry, author and perennial speaker at the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) conferences, including the March 2018 Employment Law & Legislative Conference. In his consulting business, Mr. Janove's services include strategic planning, executive coaching, facilitation, team building, leadership, HR and conflict resolution skills training.
