New Tennessee Train Station Features Pervious Concrete

NRMCA’s Amanda Hult recently joined Tennessee Concrete Association’s Executive Director Alan Sparkman (shown on left below) and Beech Construction Services in testing the pervious concrete placed at the Hamilton Springs Station located in Lebanon (below right). This development has been showcased as a part of Tennessee’s first transit-oriented development community according to an article in the Lebanon Democrat. Sparkman has been instrumental in working with Beech Construction Services on several pervious jobs, counting toward the advancement of the pervious certification levels. NRMCA Producer member company IMI supplied the pervious concrete for the project.
