The third annual Cement and Concrete Fly-In will be held April 9-10, 2019. Mark these days on your calendar and make plans to attend. We will be joining members of other North American Concrete Alliance (NACA) associations to lobby on federal issues important to the industry. As the Democratic House majority seeks bipartisan issues to collaborate with the Republican Senate and president, NACA associations must seize the opportunity to lobby for a robust infrastructure investment.
