On Thursday, February 11, NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving, Luke McHugh presented Want to Reduce Concrete Pavement Costs…Stop Overdesigning at the virtual Engineer’s Week conference sponsored by the New York State Society of Professional Engineers. More than 50 engineers and construction professionals were shown how pavements for local roads and parking lots are overdesigned when using state DOT design methodologies specifically developed for highway pavements.
