Together with Jim Randolph of the Illinois Ready Mixed Concrete Association, NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving, Luke McHugh presented a webinar titled Concrete Pavement Basics on April 21 for IDOT's Bureau of Local Roads and Streets. More than 400 engineering and construction professionals attended the webinar which focused on the properties of fresh and hardened concrete and how they contribute to the design and service life of a concrete pavement.
