RES Committee Publishes Two New TIPs

The NRMCA RES Committee has completed two more topics in the Technology in Practice (TIP) series that are developed as educational resources for QC and tech service personnel.
- TIP 23 outlines the process of establishing required average values of any specified property for concrete mixtures to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.
- TIP 24 discusses the permeability property of concrete, when low permeability is required, test methods, and developing mixtures for low permeability.
