East and West Coast Effective Supervisor Course Are Open for Registration

Registration has just opened for both 2023 Effective Supervisor workshops; the first class will be in Los Angeles, April 18 - 20 and the second in Charlotte, NC, November 7 - 9. Why should your frontline supervisors attend? Those who understand their own strengths, weaknesses, biases and working styles are better equipped to influence and interact effectively with their team – and colleagues – who can have different working styles and personalities. As a result, the content includes industry-specific, hands-on situational exercises that develop solid communication skills and team building know-how, and use conflict resolution procedures.
This is a required workshop for those working on their STEPS Operations and Production Certification.
