ASTM Recognizes NRMCA’s Obla for Outstanding Service

The ASTM International Committee C09 on Concrete and Committee C01 on Cement have both awarded NRMCA Senior Vice President, Technical Services, Karthik Obla honorary membership in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the committees for over 20 years. An Honorary member is achieved with at least 20 years of involved participation and contribution to the activities of the ASTM committees.
