NRMCA to Reimagine Developing Industry Leaders Program

For two decades NRMCA’s Developing Industry Leaders program has fostered cohorts of talented and knowledgeable leaders in the concrete industry. The Association aims to ensure that this program continues to provide members with value and the tools that they need to push themselves and the entire industry forward. To achieve this goal, NRMCA’s Learning and Development Team has decided to temporarily pause this year’s Developing Industry Leaders program so that it can be improved and revitalized for its return in 2025.
The driving force behind this reimagining of the program will be the voice of the members. On Sunday, October 13, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time during ConcreteWorks, members can participate in the Future Leaders Reimagined workshop to express their desires and suggestions for the future of the program.
