NRMCA Announces Transition in Senior Leadership

I am writing to inform you of an important leadership transition within NRMCA. Association President Mike Philipps has tendered his resignation to the Audit & Finance Committee and has stepped down effective Tuesday, August 20. Over the past six years, Mike has been a driving force behind the development, growth and success of our organization. His leadership has significantly contributed to the expansion of NRMCA membership and strengthened the ready mixed concrete industry. Mike’s dedication and vision have positioned our industry for continued growth and success.

On behalf of the entire NRMCA family, I extend our deepest gratitude to Mike for his unwavering commitment to our members and to the concrete industry. His contributions have been invaluable and his impact will be felt for years to come. During this transition period, the Executive Committee will form a search committee to identify a new president for NRMCA. In the interim, Chief Operating Officer Deborah Malone and Chief Financial Officer Joe Roche will lead the organization. We are confident that Deb, Joe and our dedicated staff will ensure a smooth transition and continue to serve our members effectively.

Please join me in expressing our appreciation to Mike for his exceptional service and in wishing him continued success in his future endeavors.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Sincerely,

Nathan McKean
Chairman, NRMCA Board of Directors
