NRMCA Completes Annual Short Course in Maryland

NRMCA's Annual Concrete Technology Training and Certification Program (Technical Short Course) was attended by 53 industry personnel in Columbia, MD, the week of September 9. Besides the NRMCA Engineering Division staff, guest speakers included Brett Harris with Saint Gobain discussing chemical admixtures and Ron Terrelonge speaking on quality control procedures.
Results of the certification exams have been sent to the attendees. NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 2 Certification was earned by 28 individuals and 21 achieved the Level 3 Certification. Geno Luna with County Prestress & Precast and David Rath with Southwest Concrete Paving are congratulated for achieving the highest score of 97% on the Level 2 exam. Mr. Luna also achieved the highest score of 98% on the Level 3 exam.
