Last week, NRMCA Senior Director, Building Innovations, Frank Mruk met with Sarah Lufler and Norm Eccleston of Habitat for Humanity's Eastern Connecticut chapter and Ken Lynch of Nudura to plan a new Habit for Humanity 27-house development in Ledyard. The development will be the largest project to date in Connecticut and will consist of four different prototype layouts, built in five phases. The project will be a passive house project of ICF construction.
To date, NRMCA through its partnership with Habitat for Humanity International and its affiliates has influenced and built more than 100 concrete homes across 40 states.
