Congress Still Struggling to Pass Transportation Bill

"America is one big pothole," said Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood. He urged the Senate to pass its two-year, $109 billion transportation bill as a start to repair and rebuild roads and bridges. He also wants to get support for the Senate bill from the House, which LaHood says is in "disarray" with its transportation bill.
