Connecticut Updates Progress on Challenging Bridge Project

When we last heard from Jim Langlois, executive director of the Connecticut Concrete Promotion Council, concerning the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge that spans the Quinnipiac River in the New Haven area, construction was moving along nicely. Almost two years later, Bruce Dykty of NRMCA producer member The Suzio York Hill Companies provided an update on the challenging mix design used on the site.
