Construction to be One of Best-Paying Jobs through 2020, Report Says

Employment in construction will be one of the best-paying jobs through 2020, according to a report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Projections in the report say 1.8 million jobs will be created by a construction boom across the country. "We’re starting to see things turn in Massachusetts," said Frank Callahan, president of the Massachusetts Building Trades Council. "It’s still nowhere near where it was five years ago, but you’re certainly starting to see a lot of cranes going up, and not just in Boston and Cambridge."
