Transportation groups and lawmakers say signs are improving that a final transportation funding bill could be agreed on by June 30. "I feel like people are worn out on this issue and would like to get something done," said Jeff Shoaf with the AGC. "I think the prospects are good." (See related item under Government Affairs.)
