We're not sure who Ben Adler is, but he can sure get his readers riled up over his analysis of the presidential debate and how it relates to the nation's infrastructure. He writes that until recently support for investing in bridges, roads, etc., garnered bipartisan agreement in Washington. Now, not so much.
