Las Vegas revelers generate 500,000 empty beer bottles each weekend - a boon for Scott McCombs, founder of GreenStone. He's developed a building material made from a mix of recycled beer-bottle glass and fly ash that could become a sustainable substitute for concrete. GreenStone was used to build the facade of the Morrow Royal Pavilion in Las Vegas.
