NRMCA’s Lionel Lemay, senior vice president of sustainability, provided an industry update to members of the Oregon Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association during its annual meeting last week in Redmond, OR. Lemay presented on overview of NRMCA programs and focused on developments in the areas of sustainability, resilience and concrete pavements. Other topics on the program from other industry experts included MSHA updates, health care reform and new Oregon Department of Transportation safety rules.
