Illinois Resident Asks Library Officials to Use ICF Construction
NRMCA Producer member Prairie Material has posted on its Web site the story of the Farmington Area Public Library and its efforts to replace its current building which dates to 1906. Cost conscious residents had voted down two funding measures, but approved a third. Now talk has turned to how to build the replacement structure. One local resident advocates ICF construction. Prairie recounts the successful outcome.
