With last week’s successful completion of the Ready Mixed Concrete Safety Course, please consider NRMCA’s two remaining training opportunities in 2020.
Environmental Professional Certification will be offered virtually November 16-19. The exam will be on November 20. Though not face-to-face, the curriculum will still provide “hands-on” exercises as well as traditional content about the rules and regulations required for environmental compliance. Candidates for this class are plant managers, environmental managers, compliance managers, executives or anyone with fiscal and/or environmental responsibilities that should know the details concerning your company’s responsibilities when it comes to EPA regulations, the Clean Water Act, Discharge Permits, Stormwater Management, and numerous other critical environmental matters. Click here to register.
Plant Manager Certification Course will be offered virtually December 11-18. In a new experiment, the class will be pre-recorded; a live session will be held on December 11 to kick it off. Between December 12-16, attendees can access the lectures on their own time. This extends the typical class time from three days to five. Questions will be entertained on December 17, with the two required online exams delivered at set times (11 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Eastern time) on Friday, December 18.
The course content has become the industry knowledge standard for plant managers and operators. Content ties knowledge to application in product knowledge management, plant safety, environmental regulations, plant operations and ready mixed concrete industry business principles. This is the certification class required for Army Corps of Engineers' projects. Click here to register.
